Shipping & Order Guide

We're thrilled you're here and thank you in advance for being a customer of Runrascals! 

1. Delivery in Singapore

For domestic orders, we ship for a flat fee of SGD5.

For orders above SGD65: It is free and we will take care of the shipping cost!

2. International Shipments

We ship internationally via express couriers, DHL and FedEx.

• Flat shipping: 30 USD.
• Free shipping for orders above 250 USD.
• Delivery takes 5–10 business days with tracking provided.
• Import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
• If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid duties, or if the recipient is uncontactable and delivery fails, the order will not be refunded.
• We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, any restricted or prohibited areas or military addresses.
• Remote area fees may apply, we will reach out if needed.
