1. Delivery in Singapore
For domestic orders, we ship for a flat fee of $5.
For orders above $65: It is free and we will take care of the shipping cost!
2. International Shipments
We ship worldwide with two options:
(i) International Standard Shipping
Flat fee: $12–20 depending on region.
Free international standard for orders above $150
Delivery time: 4–18 business days depending on region
(ii) Express Shipping (DHL/FedEx)
Flat fee: $35 worldwide
Free shipping for orders above $200
Delivery: 2–6 business days depending on region.
2. Important Notes
- Import duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient.
- If a parcel is rejected due to unpaid duties, or if the recipient is uncontactable and delivery fails, the order will not be refunded.
- We can’t ship to P.O. boxes, any restricted or prohibited areas or military addresses.
- Remote area fees may apply, we will reach out if needed.
