What material are your garments made from?
We are glad you asked! Our garments are crafted from "RascalsThreads"—our premium fabric known for its comfort and versatility. It is sustainably sourced, lightweight but durable, making it the perfect choice for our Sticky Tees.
Can I use other hook patches on the Sticky Tees?
Our patches are not only unique but also rigorously tested for optimal compatibility with our Sticky Tees. While it is technically possible to use other hook patches, we do not recommend it. External patches may accelerate wear and pilling on the fabric due to varying hook qualities.
How tough and durable are your patches? Will they come off easily?
Our patches stick really well! They are designed with durability in mind and most of them feature merrow border stitching for added durability. However, like all garments, the loop fabric on our products may degrade over time and with multiple washes, depending on care. This degradation can cause the patches to become less 'sticky'.
Are we able to customise the sticky tee pocket size and shapes?
Absolutely! Each Sticky Tee offers five distinct pocket styles, allowing your child to customise the size and shape to match their unique style and preferences.
Do you accept bulk orders of your Sticky Tees and Sticky Patches for special occasions or birthday parties?
We do! If you would like to order our tees and patches in bulk and make your child’s next big bash a hit, just get in touch with us at welcome@runrascals.com to discuss your needs!
What are the shipping options available? How fast can I get my goodies?
We dispatch all of your purchases by standard courier service. Expect your parcels to reach your doorstep within 2 - 3 working days after they have been picked up by our delivery partners.
What's your return policy?
We love crafting each Sticky Tee specially for you, which means all our Sticky Tees are made to order! Because of this, we're unable to accept returns. You may visit our Returns and Exchange Policy to understand all your options. If you have any questions, just give us a shout. We're here to help and make sure you're happy with your purchase!
Can I make changes once I have placed my order?
Most orders will be processed within a day or 2 working days. If you need to change any details in your order, shoot us an email at welcome@runrascals.com within 2 hours from the time you have placed your order! We may not be able to administer any changes if they have been processed and packed.
The patches are no longer able to stick on the pockets, what is happening?
The pockets on our Sticky Tees are designed to maintain their stickiness through many uses, especially if our care instructions are followed. Like all cherished garments, they may naturally show signs of wear after extensive use of patches and multiple washes. If you notice a significant change in stickiness or have any concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us at welcome@runrascals.com.
