Returns and Exchange Policy

Our Sticky Tees are custom-assembled based on each order. Therefore, unless there is a defect, we are unable to accept returns, size swaps or exchanges on these items.

1. How to Make an Exchange

If you have a missing item, received a wrong order or a defect, please reach out to us at within 3 days of receiving your items. In your message, kindly include:

  • The issue with your order (e.g., damage or wrong size);
  • Your preference for an exchange or store credit; and
  • Your choice to either drop off the product at our office or mail it back to us.

Office Drop-Offs

Our office is open for drop-offs on Mondays from 10 AM to 4:00 PM. If these times do not suit you, get in touch, we will arrange a more convenient appointment.

Return Conditions

Items need to come back to us in pristine condition: unworn, unaltered, and still sporting their original tags.

Mailing Returns

Opting to mail items back? You would have to pay for the return shipping. We recommend a trackable service because, as we all know, packages sometimes take unscheduled vacations and go missing. Ensure the items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Processing Returns

Upon receiving your returns, we will inspect them and proceed with the necessary exchanges.

For size swaps, a modest $5 courier fee will be charged for mailing the new item to you. However, if you prefer an in-person exchange, just let us know, and we'll schedule a convenient time to receive you!

Should your desired size be unavailable, we will issue you store credit so you can take another spin around our web store. Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds.

2. Returns and Store Credits

Sometimes, things just don't work out. If you decide against an exchange, we will provide store credits that you can use anytime on our site. Remember, shipping fees from your original order are non-refundable.

You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit is activated and ready to use.

3. When Returns Can't Come Home

Like ice cream left out of the freezer, some items just aren’t the same once they’ve been worn or altered. 

If returned items are missing tags, show signs of wear, or have been altered, we cannot restock them. We will need to send them back to you—no one wants that!

Sale Items

We doesn’t love a sale? Just remember, sale items are like your favorite dessert—they don’t last long and can’t be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

4. Customised Items Are All Yours to Keep

Personalised or custom-made items are unique treasures crafted specifically for your little rascals and are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged, unless there is a major defect. Think about these as exclusive artworks for your child!
